West Kurdistan's People's Defense Units (YPG) have carried out an action targeting the al-Qaeda linked ISIL (Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant) militants deployed in the Yazi Bax village of the Afrin city.

23 militants of the gang groups were killed in the action which was carried out as part of the revolutionary operations YPG launched in the region on 1 November.
