24 prisoners in Tekirdağ on hunger strike

24 political prisoners in Tekirdağ F Type Prison have started indefinite and irreversible hunger strike in solidarity with the resistance against the ongoing attacks of ISIS gangs on the Kobanê town of West Kurdistan, Rojava, and the AKP government’s stance towards Kobanê.

The demands of the hunger strikers who are tried in KCK (Kurdistan Communities Union) and PKK (Kurdistan Worker's Party) cases are;

-opening a corridor in order to meet the self-defence needs of resistance fighters in Kobanê

-recognition of the political status of Rojava Cantons

-ending of Turkish state's support to ISIS gangs.
