YPG-led Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) continue their operation operation to liberate Raqqa from ISIS occupation. Fierce clashes are taking place between SDF and ISIS in 7 neighborhoods of the city.

In Nazlad Shihade neighbourhood which is largely under SDF control, SDF forces launched an offensive on ISIS gangs and 8 gang members have been killed.

In Hisham Bin Abdulmalik neighbourhood south of Raqqa, 6 ISIS members were killed and a tunnel of the gangs was discovered during the cleaning operation around the Al-Mana Mosque.

In al-Diriyah neighbourhood west of the city, 3 ISIS snipers have been killed. In the Nahda neighbourhood which SDF forces have just entered, 2 ISIS members were killed.

In northeastern Raqqa, ISIS gangs attacked the liberated locations in Raqda neighbourhood. During ensuing clashes, 6 gang members were killed and 3 others were wounded.

In Old Raqqa neighbourhood, 3 ISIS members, one of them being a sniper, have been killed.

In al-Barid neighbourhood northwest of the city, 1 ISIS member was killed.

Special units of the SDF are clearing the mines planted by the gangs in the liberated areas of the city.
