A Black Hawk helicopter of the Turkish army crashed in a residential area in Sancaktepe district of Istanbul on Monday.

According to reports, 4 soldiers died and 1 other got wounded as a result. Judicial authorities have launched an investigation into the incident.

The reason for the helicopter crash was not immediately clear.
