Amed chief of police has announced that 8 people have died in yesterday's conflict in the main Kurdish city.

The chief of police Halis Böğürcü said they have been informed that five of those killed were members of the Hüda-Par (Free Cause Party), while the identity of the other 3 is yet to be determined.
