On the occasion of the current attacks of the Turkish state on the Medya Defense Zones, a Germany-wide day of action will take place today. The Women Defend Rojava and RiseUp4Rojava campaigns had called for the action day. Since Friday evening, Turkey has been intensifying its occupation attacks in South Kurdistan and carrying out a comprehensive invasion in the guerrilla-controlled regions of Zap, Avashin and Metina. Once again, the AKP is thus showing its "deeply anti-human and fascist face," according to a joint call by the campaigns. The day of action bears the motto "Together against Turkish fascism! Together in the struggle for grassroots democracy, gender liberation and ecology!"
