Activists in Europe protest Turkish attacks and Imrali isolation

The isolation imposed by the Turkish state on Kurdish people's leader Abdullah Öcalan and the attacks in Kurdistan were protested with actions in Kiel, Hildesheim, Toulouse and Den Haag.

Actions were organized in different European cities to protest the isolation imposed on Kurdish people's leader Abdullah Öcalan, the attacks in Kurdistan and the situation in prisons.

Kiel

The action started with a minute silence and then activists condemned the dirty games played by Turkey against Kurds by turning the coronavirus pandemic into an opportunity to repress the people even more.

Activists also said that "everyone should raise their voice for the release of the prisoners."

Toulouse

Activists in Toulouse condemned the destruction of guerrillas graves by security forces.

The action was organised by Kurdish young people who vowed that protests will continue until the Turkish fascism withdraws from Kurdistan.

The action was held in Angouleme Square.
