Activists in Europe protest Turkish attacks on Kurds

The Turkish state's invasion attacks were protested in several European cities.

Protests against the Turkish attacks against Kurds were held in Mainz, Mönchengladbach, Rennes.

Mainz

In Mainz, the Turkish state's invasion attacks against Shengal, Maxmur and Medya Defense Areas and the fascist attacks carried out by the Turkish state were protested. Activists also paid tribute to the 33 victims of the Sivas massacre.

The commemoration was promoted by the roof organization of the Yazidi Women's Councils, Dachversand des Ezidischen Fraunenrats at Gutunbergplatz.

Activists said the Turkish government should stop the attacks aimed at carrying out a Kurdish genocide and added that arms sale to Turkey should end.

The TJK-E condemned the fascist attacks in Vienna and said fascism harmed all people.

Mönchengladbach

In the city of Mönchengladbach, YXK, YXJ and internationalist youth have protested the Turkish state's invasion attacks against South Kurdistan.

Internationalist youth read and distributed leaflets in the action held in front of the main train station.

Rennes

The invasion and genocide attacks carried out by the Turkish state were also protested in Rennes. The action was promoted by Zin Women's Association and was held in Republique Square.

Leaflets were handed out during the action, in which speeches highlighted the resistance carried out by women.
