YPG-led Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) continue their operation to strengthen to defense line of Tabqa as part of their campaign to liberate Raqqa region from ISIS. SDF fighters entered the Mansurah town yesterday morning and they have taken the town largely under their control amid fierce clashes ongoing since yesterday.
During the search and sweep efforts in the cleared areas, SDF fighters have discovered two ammunition warehouses of the gangs, where they seized an 60 mm mortar, 120 Kalashnikov rifles, many hand grenades, RBC and cartridges and 2 mobile jammer devices.
Explosive devices operated with remote control which ISIS has been using widely recently, medicines and first aid supplies are among those found in the' ammunition warehouses. Images show that most of the munitions and supplies are of Turkish origin.
Flags of Turkey and ISIS were also discovered during the search efforts, constituting yet another proof of the relationship and cooperation between the Turkish state and ISIS.
SDF fighters yesterday captured 3 tanks and 2 military vehicles from the gangs in Mansurah town.
