Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) fighters advancing north of Deir ez-Zor have liberated the village of Tabarayya 5 km north of Suwar town. Corpses and arms of two ISIS members have been seized by the fighters alongside a bomb laden vehicle of the gangs. The fighters have started mop-up operations in the village after clearing it.

Fierce clashes are ongoing between SDF and ISIS south of the Jafar oil company during the past three days.

Fighting also resumes in the village of Xeribe 14 km north of Suwar town. SDF fighters have seized a gang member’s corpse alongside his arms and munitions.
