The second hearing in the case opened against HDP (Peoples' Democratic Party) Adıyaman MP Behçet Yıldırım due to his speeches was held at Adıyaman 1st High Criminal Court today.

Yıldırım, who stands trial on charges of "membership to a terrorist organization", "spreading propaganda for a terrorist organization", "insulting state instutions" and "opposing the law No: 2911 on meetings and demonstrations", did not attend the hearing.

While Yıldırım's lawyers were present in the hearing, the court issued an arrest warrant for him on the grounds that he did not attend the hearing.
