19-year-old Süleyman Kaya who sustained injury in an armed attack by pro-Hezbollah groups in Amed today afternoon has lost his life.

Pro-Hezbollah groups have opened fire on the people who took to the streets in the main Kurdish city today in solidarity with the Kobanê resistance and in protest against the ongoing attacks of ISIS gangs on the besieged town in West Kurdistan, Rojava.

Kaya had been attacked by pro-Hezbollah groups on the Lezgin Avcı Street in 5 Nisan neighborhood of Bağlar district. The youth who was rushed to the Selahaddin Eyyubi State Hospital by the people around soon after the incident has not been able to survive.

Kaya's body is being held at the hospital morgue as his family is yet to be reached for he wasn't possessing any document except for his id card.
