In Syrian second largest city, Aleppo, Kurds who were helping people fleeing the bombing by Assad army, were attacked by the soldiers. Three people died in the attack, 11 people were wounded.
Violent clashes in Aleppo have been reported for days now and the Kurds living in the city are stranded.
Yesterday morning, members of the People’s Assembly, under the protection of the People's Defence Corps (YPG), were delivering food and clothing when they were attacked by soldiers from the army. Three people died in the attack, 11 people were wounded.
According to information received by ANF Muhammed Silo, Kamiran Mustefa and a person named Ferhan have died. The wounded have been named as: Ceng Lato, Þiyar Ebdulqadir, Rêzan Ebdulqadir, Ebdullah Ebdullah, Derwêþ Îso, Yusif Diyar Yusif, Ebdo Molend, Mehmûd Tayob, Muhemed Huseyîn, Delîl Xelîl and Xelîl Heyder.
After the attack, YPG members in Aleppo carried out a retaliation attack. As the result of the attack in Sebabi 6 soldiers were killed, and an unknown number of soldiers were wounded. In a statement delivered to ANF the YPG stated that "If the regime continues to kill the Kurds, our actions will continue."
Meanwhile, the Assad regime has launched a new attack against the city in the early hours of Friday morning.
