Martyr (Şehit) Baran Dersim Revenge Unit announced the details of an action carried out by their members in Van's Ipekyolu district.

According to the written statement, the action with an improvised explosive device targeted plainclothes police on the central Demokrasi Street.

"This action was carried out to protest the isolation of Leader Apo. While our units returned safely to their area, many enemy soldiers and police were dispatched to the area," said the statement.
