According to the autopsy carried out on the body of Van councillor Yildirim Ayhan, the cause of death was a bullet which hit him in the chest. It was originally thought that the councillor was hit by a tear gas, but the autopsy report states a different reality.

Councillor Ayhan was hit yesterday at the peace demonstration organized in the province of Hakkari by the human shields and peace mothers.
