The Catalan National Assembly and Òmnium Cultural have convened a rally today, Saturday, at 5 p.m. in Barcelona.

With the slogan ‘Mobilise ourselves for freedom’, the march will denounce Spanish repression and defend fundamental rights.

After the sentence of the Catalan referendum trial was made public, protests take place every day in many towns and cities of Catalonia.

Over 100 organisations from civil society, trade unions, political entities and professional boards support the rally and have called their associates to attend.
