A delegation of DTK (Democratic Society Congress) and BDP (Peace and Democracy Party) executives have paid a visit to the civilians injured in last night's clash between Kurdish guerrillas and police. In the shooting a young pregnant mother and her daughter were killed, while the husband and two other kids were injured.
DTK executive Ayla Akat Ata said that "it is time to stop the dead of civilians", pointing out that "today the pain is lived in Batman. This pain tells us that the Kurdish question must be solved politically. Our people are paying a very high price for the neglect of those who do not want to solve this issue. Who is going to respond to this people ? Who will respond for these deaths?"
