Clashes broke out in the Turkish army operation on the mountain of Kato in Beytüþþebap district of Þýrnak.

The ongoing operation in the rural area of Kato, Marünis ve Kato Jirka started late on Sunday evening. Clashes broke out in the area early on Monday morning in the air supported operation. As clashes are reported to continue, no report has been received yet as to casualties. Howitzer and mortar cannons are also used in the operation.

Intense military activity continues in the area.
