Cross-border mandate of war and invasion in Parliament
The mandate of war and invasion against Iraq and Syria has been submitted to the Turkish Parliament for an approval of renewal.
Turkish Prime Ministry has submitted mandate to the Parliament for an extension of the authority for cross-border operations.
The mandate which authorizes the government for cross-border operations against Syria and Iraq will be extended for one year if approved.
MHP (Nationalist Movement Party) and CHP (Republican People's Party) are expected to vote for the mandate in support of the AKP government’s genocidal policies of invasion and war.
