Two of the three civilians killed last night by security forces in Þemdinli
following an intense fight with PKK guerrillas which had previously attacked two military and police buildings in the city.
Fourteen years old Osman Erbaþ was killed possibly by shotgun. He was at a wedding.
The other two victims, brothers Necdet and Tayyar appeared to have been killed by howitzers while they were on their way home.
A mortar shell was still in front of the municipal building.
It has been alleged that the two brothers were detected an by Heron plane and targeted.
The city today was visited first by Peace and Democracy Party (BDP) delegation and then by a delegation among which were Human Rights Association (ÝHD) Hakkari Branch Chair Ýsmail Akbulut, ÝHD representative of Yuksekova, Hakkari mayor Fadýl Bedirhanoðlu and BDP City vice chair Orhan Koparan.
