After Iraqi Shiite cleric Muqtada al-Sadr yesterday called for a protest against Turkish military presence on Iraqi soil, thousands of demonstrators have started to gather outside the Turkish Embassy in Baghdad as of early Tuesday morning.

“Occupant Turkish state, out of Iraqi land” chant demonstrators joining the demonstration in front of the Turkish Embassy.
