Democratic Alevi Women's Union calls on everyone to take to the streets against war on 1 May
The Democratic Alevi Women's Union issued a statement and invited everyone to take part on 1 May, Labor Day.
A statement titled "We will be on the ground on 1 May to create a just, equal, free and war-free world", said that the Leviathans of capitalism insisted on war, and added: "European governments and public opinion, who are against Russia's invasion of Ukraine, ignore the invasion attack launched by Turkey on residential areas in Kurdistan.”
The statement underlined that the poor people, workers, women and children paid the price of the war, and called on everyone to take a common stance against the war on 1 May.
