DGH and DGK-H claim actions in Batman and Amed
The Revolutionary Youth Movement (DGH) and the Revolutionary Young Women's Movement (DGK-H) set fire to a vehicle in Batman and an electric transformer in Amed.
DGH and DGK-H reported that they carried out two actions in Batman and Amed within the framework of the "Red Revenge" campaign they launched a while ago.
The statement gave the following details on the actions:
"On September 28, a vehicle belonging to a person linked to the AKP was burned in Êlih (Batman) by our Martyr Nuda Eleftarya unit. Our unit safely left the area while the vehicle became unusable.
On September 27, in Amed's Farqin (Silvan) district, one electrical transformer was targeted by our Welat Talzok unit. Following the detonation of the electric transformer, our unit safely left the area while the occupying Turkish state was blockading the region.”
The statement ended with the following warnings: "Our units will target the Turkish fascist system and all individuals and institutions that keep this system alive within the framework of our Red Revenge Campaign. As the Youth Movement (DGH) and the Revolutionary Young Women Movement (DGK-H), activism against the genocidal mentalities and structures is our most fundamental duty and we will realize this in practice.”
