Members and executivess of the Confederation of Revolutionary Trade Unions of Turkey (DISK) and the Revolutionary Construction, Road and Construction Workers' Union (Dev Yapı-Iş) distributed leaflets at the Kadıköy Söğütlüçeşme metrobus stop calling on people to attend the 1 May, Labor Day, rally to Taksim.

The trade unionists said: "Let's show our will by marching to Taksim against those who try to touch our jobs, our food, our bread, and our rights."
