Eighty six people have been taken into custody on Saturday at the meeting “Democratic Resistance for Freedom” organized by the BDP and DTK in Diyarbakýr/Amed. The BDP deputies have been staging a sit in which lasted all night to protest against the brutal repression of the meeting carried out by the police.

The people taken into custody will appear in court on Monday.
