Explosion in Bingöl, three dead - NEW
A big explosion occurred at 13.00 o'clock at Bingöl city center today.
Many people were reported wounded as a result of the explosion on Genç Street. Ambulances were immediately sent to the area.
Turkish Interior Minister Ýdris Naim Þahin said that three people died and twenty were wounded in the explosion.
The explosion occurred near the AKP (Justice and Development Party) building.
Bingöl governor said that the explosion was caused by a suicide bomber, possibly a woman.
Two of the dead have been named as Mehmet Çubuk and Nesibe Bilgin. While some of the wounded have been named as: Hanifi Yýldýz, Serkan Tunç, Mustafa Tüfekçi, Hülya Ayçiçek, Cahit Elhakan, Emre Mut, Ercan Berrak, Ceylan Belgin, Ýhsan Uðurlu, Erol Sayým, Hazal Belgin, Aydýn Elaldý, Faruk Duran, Veysel Belgin, Harun Taþkesen, Gülsüm Dinler, Ufuk Bektaþ, Þeyhmus Talus, Musa Balat, Ahmet Ulucaysýn, Emre Elhakan.
