The fire in Cudi (province of Þýrnak) caused by the bombing by Turkish army has been going on for the past five days.

The fire affecting Cudi mountain broke out five days ago as a result of artillery shootings and helicopter bombing by the Turkish military units deployed in Þax, Heblêr regions and Tuþimya Valley.

Soldiers are reported to prevent villagers’ attempt to extinguish the fire which can also be seen from the provinces of Silopi and Cizre.
