The Green Left Party continued its election campaign without slowing down. The party opened a stand in Bahçelievler, in Istanbul. Istanbul 3rd constituency candidate, actor Kerem Fırtına, visited the stand and talked to the people.

Fırtına: I can make two promises

Speaking at a public meeting, Kerem Fırtına said: “I am not actually a person who gives speeches. I am not a deputy yet, nor am I going to make any promises to you right now. But I can make these two promises: I will work for a democratic republic without giving up, without taking a step back. And I promise that I will not disappoint you.”

Freedom of political prisoners

The Green Left Party delegation visited shopkeepers who complained about injustice in the country as well as the economic problems. They added that justice should come in order to solve the problems in Turkey, and added that the freedom of political prisoners should be ensured in the first place.
