Four police dead, one wounded in Mardin - UPDATE
Four policemen died and one was wounded as a result of overturning of an armored police vehicle in Kýzýltepe district of Mardin.
According to first information received, a moving police vehicle of Kýzýltepe Security Directorate's Special Operation Department was overturned in front of the Gendarmerie Commando Battalion Commandry at around 09.00 this morning. While five special operations policemen in the vehicle were seriously wounded, three died in ambulance on the way to hospital.
While one of the wounded policemen died in the hospital, other wounded is reported to be in critical situation under treatment at Emergency Department of Kýzýltepe State Hospital.
