Freedom for Öcalan Campaign continues in many French cities

Banners saying "Freedom for Öcalan" and photos of the Kurdish people's leader were hung in busy areas of Paris and subway entrances.

Demonstrations were held in Paris to demand the end to the isolation imposed on Kurdish people's leader Abdullah Öcalan and demand his freedom.

In addition to Paris, banners were hung on highways, balconies of houses, walls and bridges in many other French cities, such as Nanterre, Strasbourg and Rennes.

The “banners and posters” campaign was launched on 1 November. Actions were carried out in many parts of the world. The campaign will continue until 10 November.
