In a statement, the new group noted that no news had been received from the Kurdish leader for over two years and emphasized that they would "always be here" for the freedom of Öcalan.
The activists said that the recent attacks against Maxmur and Shengal aimed to destroy all Kurdish achievements. They added: “But we will not give up. We will continue to fight back as long as we live and until our leader is free.”
