The Green Left Party opened an election office in Duisburg. At the opening, attended by hundreds of people, HDP Germany spokesperson Leyla İmret, HDP 25th and 26th Term MP Ahmet Yıldırım, AGIF member Onur Güler and ATIF Member Süleyman Gürcan made speeches.

Speakers underlined the importance of the 14 May elections and the election work to be carried out in Europe.

During the opening, a call was made to participate in the European-based action to be held in Düsseldorf on Saturday, 15 April to demand freedom for Kurdish People's Leader Abdullah Öcalan.
