The electoral work of the Greens and Left Future Party (Green Left Party) continues in Switzerland. After the voting dates in Europe were determined, a Swiss Election Coordination was established. This included revolutionary, democratic, patriotic, left and socialist institutions.
Election offices were opened in many cities and a call was made to all people to exercise their vote and give their preference to the Green Left Party.
Election office opened in Lausanne
An election office was opened with an event organized by the Green Left Party Election Coordination in Lausanne. A large number of people attended the opening of the election office, located at rue de la Borde 12. Speaking at the opening, politician Nezahat Ergüneş called on everyone to vote for the Green Left Party against the rising AKP-MHP fascism in Turkey and Kurdistan, where the people's demands for peace and democracy are combined.
Polls in Switzerland opened between 29 April and 7 May
Hüseyin Torun, speaking on behalf of the Lausanne election coordination, said that voters in Switzerland could cast their vote between 29 April and 7 May, and added: “The 14 May elections are of great importance to all oppressed peoples. Voters living in Switzerland must go to the polls, being aware of fascism in the country. The Green Left Party, which will respond to the demands of the peoples against fascism, is the chance to get rid of the AKP-MHP regime."
