It is reported that a large number of Hashd al-Shaabi forces with hundreds of armoured vehicles and heavy weapons were dispatched to Kuleco sub-district of Germiyan province in the morning. 

According to reports from the ground, the Hashd al-Shaabi forces were dispatched to the region in order to take control of the Gilabat-Qumre oil field on the border. The oil field is currently under the control of the Federal Police.

Reports say that Hashd al-Shaabi forces are currently patrolling the oil field.
