Muhsin Acar, a member of the People's Democratic Party (HDP) Youth Assembly, who was taken into custody following a police raid on his home in Diyarbakır on 1 February, was remanded in custody. Acar was transferred to the Diyarbakır Courthouse after giving statements at the Diyarbakır Police Department.

After the proceedings at the Prosecutor's Office, Acar was sent to the court with a request to be arrested on charges of "breaking the unity and integrity of the state". Acar was remanded in custody.
