A delegation of the HDP (Peoples' Democratic Party) will have a meeting with KCK (Kurdistan Communities Union) executives in Kandil and with Abdullah Öcalan in İmralı.

According to a statement issued by HDP Press Office, Group Deputy Chairs Pervin Buldan and İdris Baluken and Istanbul MP Sırrı Süreyya Önder will first visit Kandil as part of talks within the 'process of resolution' this weekend.

The delegation will later pay a visit to the Kurdish leader on İmralı Island on 21 October, next Tuesday.

Regarding the resolution process, Öcalan has most recently said that: "We can await a resolution till 15 September, after which we can have nothing to do."
