HDP has put up arrested Hakkari MP Selma Irmak as a candidate for the Parliamentary Speaker.

HDP Press Bureau has issued a notice on the commissioning in the Parliament and said, “Our party and our parliamentary group has reached a consensus as a result of discussions in relevant organs to have Istanbul MP Pervin Buldan serve as Parliamentary Deputy Speaker, Ankara MP Sırrı Süreyya Önder as Parliamentary Administrator and Istanbul MP Filiz Kerestecioğlu and Muş MP Ahmet Yıldırım as Group Deputy Chairpersons. We have also decided to put up Hakkari MP Selma Irmak as the candidate for the Parliamentary Chairperson in the new legislative year.”
