HDP Women ready to start 25 November activities

The HDP Women's Council will begin activities to mark 25 November, International on 7 November.

The Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) Women's Council will kick off activities to mark the 25 November, International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women on November 7, with the slogan "We are fighting against male state violence" in pilot provinces.

The Women's Council decided to organize joint marches with women's platforms and women's structures of mixed organizations in these cities, to carry out original work and press statements, street activities, video screenings, panels, seminars, village, neighbourhood and house visits. Members of parliament and the Women's Council will also attend the events.

The Women's Council will continue its activities throughout the month. The schedule of the events to be held on November 25 has not been disclosed.

PROGRAM DETAILS

According to the program, simultaneous statements will be made in Yüksekova, Doğubayazıt, Suruç and Cizre on November 7.

The Women's Council members and the HDP deputies will join events as follows:

7 November
