People's Defense Forces (HPGD) has claimed responsibility for yesterday's attack in Diyarbakýr, Mardin Kapý (Sur) area. In the attack one policeman was killed and two others were wounded.

In the statement the Kurdish guerrillas also stated that they were not responsible in the wounding of a civilian.
