HPG (People's Defence Forces) have said in a statement they have nothing to do with an explosion in Hakkari. The blast claimed the life of one person and injured around 20. The explosion ocurred on thursday night in the centre of the city.

The HPG statement stressed none of their units could be connected in any way with the explosion.
