The Jinên Tîrêjên Rojê Initiative said that 3 police officers were injured and a factory and 12 luxury vehicles were rendered unusable following the actions they organized in Istanbul, Mersin and Sakarya.

The Jinên Tîrêjên Rojê Initiative said in a statement that they carried out actions on 5 and 6 September in Istanbul, Mersin and Sakarya.

On 6 September, the Initiative said that "a chemical factory and 4 luxury vehicles belonging to AKP fascist Hakan Adalı were set on fire and rendered unusable," in the borough of Hendek in Sakarya.

According to the statement, on 5 September, in the borough of Gülnar in Mersin, "a neighbourhood where AKP and MHP fascists live, 8 luxury vehicles were set on fire, an internet cafe was hit with handmade explosives and extensive damage was done."

The Initiative also stated that on 5 September, a 2-stage action was launched against the police station of Büyükçekmece in Istanbul, and added that the police station was first hit from the back by hand-made explosives.

The statement said: "The second action unit stepped in and shot the fascist police when the police headed to the front of the police station. It has been determined by our units that 3 of the police officers were seriously injured as a result of this highly successful action.”

The statement also said that these actions were carried out to avenge Hakan Arslan, who fell a martyr during the Sur resistance and whose bones were delivered to his father in a bag seven years later.
