Jinên Tîrêjên Rojê Initiative announced that they set fire to two factories and five vehicles in Istanbul, Kocaeli and Sakarya in solidarity with those resisting in prisons.
Jinên Tîrêjên Rojê released a statement announcing the details of their latest actions and announced that they burned two factories, a service vehicle, two buses and two luxury automobiles.
According to the statement, Jinên Tîrêjên Rojê set fire to:
-An adhesive tape production factory belonging to “fascists engaged in AKP and MHP” on June 9. The factory was rendered entirely useless and suffered a loss of millions of Turkish Liras.
-A furniture factory belonging to “fascists” in Arifiye district of Sakarya in the same day,
-A service vehicle and two luxury vehicles belonging to “fascists engaged in AKP” on June 8
Also, on June 8, the Initiative carried out an action against “the vehicles of Metro tourism company and 2 drivers who had previously harassed the passengers”. Two big passenger buses were set on fire and one of the drivers was critically injured.
