Journalists detained at border
Journalists covering the ISIS attacks and the resistance it faced in Kobanê and conveying the news to the world for 21 days have been taken into custody by Turkish security forces at the Mürşitpınar border crossing.
Correspondents of ANHA news agency and Ronahi TV, Mustafa Bali and Xizna Abdo, who were also evacuated from the town along with a part of the civilians after the fighting spread to a larger area Monday evening were taken into custody soon after crossing into Suruç district of Urfa from the Mürşitpınar border gate.
On the other hand, ANHA correspondent Lezgin İbrahim and another journalist whose name couldn't be clarified also remain in custody at police station.
