KCDK-E calls on activists to join 'poster campaign' for Öcalan

The KCDK-E has called on activists all over the world to carry out a poster campaign for Kurdish people's leader Abdullah Öcalan between 1 and 10 November within the framework of the campaign "The time has Come, Freedom for Öcalan."

The KCDK-E co-presidency council has called on activists to carry out a poster campaign for Kurdish people's leader Abdullah Öcalan. The idea is to prepare as many posters as the days of prison served by Öcalan so far (21 years and 765 days, for a total of almost 8,000 posters).

In a written statement, the KCDK-E has called on activists all over the world to carry out a poster campaign for Kurdish people's leader Abdullah Öcalan between 1 and 10 November within the framework of the campaign "The time has Come, Freedom for Öcalan."

Appealing on activists to increase the activity on the last 5 days of the campaign the KCDK-E said: "Let us be colourful, enthusiastic and creative and create posters and banners demanding freedom for Leader Öcalan.”

The statement added: “Let's reflect the Rojava women's revolution, which is a hope for the peoples of the world against fascism, barbarism and all kinds of oppression, and has been realized thanks to the ideas of Prsident Öcalan, on our banners.

Let us make sense of the days of leader Öcalan has been resisting against the Imrali torture system for 21 years, with a slogan on our banners.

We urge our people and our friends to participate strongly in this action, take videos and photos of the banner action and spread them on social media."
