KCDK-E calls to protest Turkish bombing of Makhmur and Shengal

Appeal to protest Turkish bombing of Makhmur and Shengal.

The KCDK-E Co-Presidency Council urged the Kurdish people living in Europe to demonstrate against the airstrikes carried out on Maxmur and Shengal in Thursday evening.

The Congress of the Kurdish Democratic Society of Europe (KCDK-E) called on people to “protest the attacks and massacres carried out by dictator Erdoğan and the invading Turkish state with the spirit of Kobanê.”

In its written statement, KCDK-E stated that “the invading Turkish army targeted Kurds once again with their policies of massacre and genocide and attacked Makhmur and Shengal.”

This attack, added the statement, has been carried out “in front of the world’s eyes and target the Kurdish people and their gains.”

The statement ended with an appeal by the KCDK-E: “We call on all our people and friends to expose and denounce the occupying Turkish state policies and dictator Erdoğan’s assault and massacre initiatives.”
