The “KCK trial” against 152 people including Kurdish politicians and human rights defenders, which began this morning after yesterday's hearing was adjourned, was once more suspended to August 10 for when the court demanded the presence of all arrestees.
Refusing the eviction demand of lawyers, the court board decided for the continuation of detained defendants’ imprisonment and filed a criminal complaint against the lawyers who were appointed by the CMK (Code of Criminal Procedure) and didn’t attend the hearing.
