KNK to hold national congress in Lausanne in July

KNK member Şoreş Xidir confirmed that they will hold a national congress in Lausanne on 22-24 July.

The Kurdistan National Congress (KNK) will hold a major national congress in Lausanne, on the 100th anniversary of the Treaty of Lausanne.

Speaking to Rojnews about the congress, KNK member Şoreş Xidir said that it is time for the Kurds to show their national stance against the 100-year-old agreement.

Stating that the KNK considers national work as a duty, Şoreş Xidir said: "We are planning to organize a congress in Lausanne between 22 and 24 July in order to strengthen this national work. The congress will count with the participation of components from all four parts of Kurdistan.”
