Komalen Ciwan: We don't want "shame walls"

Komalen Ciwan Coordination has released a statement calling on Kurdish youths to enhance the struggle against the walls Turkey is building on the border to Rojava.

The Coordination pointed out that Turkey had the false hope of preventing the revolutionary struggle led by Kurdish leader Abdullah Öcalan by building a wall of shame on Rojava border.

“Exploitative forces intend to make Kurdistan a closed prison through the walls they are building”, Komalen Ciwan underlined and remarked that the patriot Kurdish youth will demolish these walls and not accept living as a prisoner on their own lands.

The walls built in Kurdistan, just like the Berlin wall and Israel's wall in Palestine, will came crashing down around these exploitative forces, the Coordination said and called on the Kurdish youths in Nusaybin and Cizre, where two of the walls are being built, to demolish these walls and to enhance the struggle.

Komalen Ciwan also called on the youth of Kurdistan not to sit back and watch the AKP government that has turned north Kurdistan to a prison and is at the same time having the people in Rojava massacred by gang groups.
