Kurdish activist starts hunger strike outside the UN office

Kurdish hunger strike campaign against the isolation of Abdullah Öcalan continues growing.

More people are joining the indefinite hunger strike resistance launched by DTK Co-chair and HDP MP Leyla Güven whose fast has entered the 105th day.

Kurdish patriot Mehmet Ali Kolçak, who lives in St. Gallen city of Switzerland, went on a hunger strike outside the United Nations (UN) office in Geneva.

Kolçak made a press statement announcing the launch of his indefinite and non-alternating hunger strike action demanding an end to the isolation regime imposed on Kurdish People’s Leader Abdullah Öcalan.
