Kurdish delegation continues talks in Venice

The delegation from Kurdistan continues its talks in Venice over the genocidal attacks of the Turkish state.

The Kurdish delegation participating in the International Workshop for World Peace in Venice, Italy visited Kurdish friendship groups in the city.

The delegation consisting of KNK member Adem Uzun, PYD Co-Chair Asya Abdullah and Tevgera Azadî Co-Chair Tara Hisên informed the friends of the Kurdish people about the genocidal attacks of the Turkish state in Kurdistan.

PYD Co-Chair Abdullah delivered a speech about the Rojava Revolution and the reasons why the Turkish state and hegemonic powers want to strangle this revolution.

Abdullah said that it was the duty of entire humanity to protect the Rojava Revolution against the invasion attacks of the Turkish state and called on the world’s peoples to increase international solidarity.

Tevgera Azadî Co-Chair Tara Hisên addressed the Turkish attacks on South Kurdistan (North Iraq) and criticized the global silence towards the use of chemical weapons and banned gases.

Hisên gave information about Tevgera Azadî's activities in South Kurdistan and said that they wanted to establish a pro-woman democratic system in South Kurdistan and the whole Middle East.

The meeting ended after a question-and-answer session.
